Use of these movable shelf systems increases storage capacity, as the operator opens only the alley which has to be accessible. This system is suitable particularly for institutions, libraries and in companies where the volume of stored material is ever growing and usual stationary shelf racks are not sufficient to hold it. Movable racks consist of a set of shelf racks that is mounted on mobile undercarriages. Rack trucks travel on rails built in to the floor. Manipulating the racks is very easy thanks to gears. The whole block can be locked to prevent unauthorised access to the stored material. The rack set can easily be extended with additional trucks.
Racks are coated with high quality epoxy-polyester powder paint baked at 200 °C in standard colour shades or according to the customer's requirement.
